ToolsOnAir  announced that it has joined the SRT Alliance. This announcement comes with the launch of version 5.0 of ToolsOnAir’s enterprise-grade just:in linux multi-channel ingest tool, which adds full SRT support.  

With 5.0 of just:in linux, users can now benefit from already existing baseband ingest recording capabilities over SDI and HDMI with the addition of SRT and NDI® input sources. Each incoming SRT stream can be recorded in real-time into industry-standard formats, in matching video containers, up to UHD2 resolution, and with full growing file support in qualified NLEs.
